Bus outing to investigate the pubs of Rusthall to include the recently reopened Toad Rock Retreat under the stewardship of experienced licensees Shelley and Nick Page.

Take the 11.45am 281 Arriva bus from Tunbridge Wells outside Metrobank to arrive in Rusthall around noon and begin at the Red Lion in Lower Green Road.

After Rusthall, to use the 291 Metrobus service to visit the nearby Hare in Langton Green before returning to Tunbridge Wells on the 291.

Presentation of West Kent CAMRA Village Pub of the Year award to the Halfway House, Brenchley whilst taking in their Whitsun Bank Holiday Beer Festival.

Take Hams Travel bus 297 from Tunbridge Wells rail station (stop C) at 12.15, Monson Road (stop M) via Pembury Hospital (where buses from Tonbridge direction connect), Pembury & Matfield and arriving at the Halfway House at 12.48. Return buses at 14.50 and 16.50.
