    Branch social by bus to the Dovecote Inn, Capel, to present the pub with their Village Pub of the Year award. Take Autocar bus 205 from Tonbridge High St (stop F outside Boots chemist) at either 12.08 or 13.08 to alight at Five Oak Green, Sychem Lane bus stop, for a 15 minute walk along Sychem Lane and Alders Road to the pub. Access via the same route using the same bus service from the Paddock Wood direction. Presentation will be made shortly after the end of food serving time around 2.30pm.

    Branch social to Margate for the town's Tap Takeover weekend. Suggested train leaves Sevenoaks at 11.07 via Tonbridge (11.17) arriving in Ramsgate at 12.45 for a short change of trains and onwards to arrive at Margate at 13.04. Our preferred venues to visit in Margate will be decided when full details of participating pubs and breweries are published.
