Branch social by bus to Lewes for the Brewers Arms, 91 High Street, 9th annual beer festival. Catch the Brighton & Hove 29 bus at 10.48am from Royal Victoria Parade (stop K2 outside Metrobank) via TW rail station to arrive in Lewes at 12.15. Option of taking in other Lewes pubs while there before catching the return 29 bus at 16.51 to arrive at Crowborough Cross to break the journey at 17.40. Choice of 29 buses back to TW until late but the 18.46 arrives in TW at 19.06. Those starting from further afield from TW and without a bus pass can buy a Discovery ticket to cover all bus journeys (see above).

Branch social by bus to the Hopbine, Petteridge, followed by the Ragged Trousers, Tunbridge Wells - recently taken over by the Hopbine owners. Catch the Hams Travel 297 bus from TW rail station at 12.15 (Monson Road stop M at 12.17) arriving at Petteridge Lane, Brenchley at 12.44, then a 10 minute walk along the lane to the Hopbine. Return on the 297 at 14.56 from Petteridge Lane arriving in TW at 15.30. It is then a short walk to the Pantiles and the Ragged Trousers.
